Worlds and
Powers Far Beyond Ours

believes in Christ Jesus, our Lord as our only Saviour.
“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the
deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God
said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God saw that the light was
good. And God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light Day,
and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning,
the first day” (Genesis 1:1-31).
“By faith we understand that
the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made
out of things that are visible” (Hebrews 11:3).
“For by him all things were
created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or
dominions or rulers or authorities - all things were created through him and
for him” (Colossians 1:16).
“I made the earth and created
man on it; it was my hands that stretched out the heavens, and I commanded all
their host” (Isaiah 45:12).
Before we write further, let us have a
short glimpse of part of the early timeline on evolution on Earth beginning
from the Big Bang when the Universe was created 13.8 billion years ago. The
timeline in creation for evolution is extremely long, and we shall not include
all of them here. Only a fraction of the early part will do.
If the age of the Universe at 13.8
billion years was just one day of Creation of God, then a 100 years of our
lives lasts for just 6.3 x 10-4 second (0.00063 second).
But if the age of Earth at
4.543 billion years was just one day in Creation, then 100 years of
our lives last just 1.9 x 10—3 second (0.0019 sec)
or 0.002 second

The Evolution of Creation:
13.8 billion years - Creation of The
Universe
4,500 – 4,400 million years ago -
Accretion of Earth. This was 9,300,000,000 to 9,400,000,000 years after Big
Bang. Time taken for accretion of Earth was - 30 to 40 million years
4.543 billion years ago – Earth
was formed
4,200 million years ago - Atmosphere and
oceans form
4,000 million years ago - Prebiotic
chemistry became possible

Let us skip 1,358 million years in
between 1,900 – 542 million years ago and go into the Cambrian Radiation when
most life almost suddenly mushroomed for 54 million years just like a Day or a
watch in the night in His eyes. Life on Earth emerged out overnight like
flowers in a field

Let’s us now again skip another 238.2

Pleistocene of East and South Africa about 2.3–1.65 million years ago (mya).
They are called “handy man”

But I think it was not after some 148,000
years later after the appearance of Homo sapiens as humans that real
agricultural life began. Let us use this date as the beginning of primitive
civilization.

The Art of Healing:
After human agrarian
life came the art of healing. The earliest healing art using prescriptions
appeared in the 3rd millennium BC, and during the Third Dynasty of
Ur (c. 2112 BC – c. 2004 BC) during the Neo-Sumerian
Empire.
The oldest Babylonian
texts on medicine dated back to the Old Babylonian period in the
first half of the 2nd millennium BCE, namely the years between
2000 through 1001 BCE.
We may say medical
practice based on prescription have occurred 4,000 years ago, and that was
2,000 years even before Jesus Christ who was the greatest all Healers till
today
When Jesus came to this
world He showed us He did not use prescription of medicines or drugs or use any
kind of surgery like we do today
Modern Medicine:
Modern medicine started to appear only
after the Industrial Revolution in the 18th century when there was rapid growth
in economic activity in Western Europe and the Americas.
During the 19th century, economic and industrial development
continued along with many scientific discoveries and inventions. Scientists and
physicians made rapid progress in the science of diagnosis and in the
prevention of disease and began to understand how bacteria and viruses work.
Modern medicine today is
based on our understanding of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry, and more
recently on our knowledge and advances in genetics and molecular biology and in
surgery.
In short, we are
getting less and less holistic in our approach especially using mental, social
and spiritual approaches but relying mainly on pharmacological products and
intervention to block, inhibit or replace a chemical pathology.
In order to write out a
prescription we need first to do a proper diagnosis through history taking,
clinical examination, various types of biochemical, hematological, serological,
microbiological examinations and other tests, often together with various types
of radiological examinations, imaging and scans, and spend huge amount of time
scribbling notes on them at the expense and money of the patient.
Chemical Drugs that
Don’t Cure:
In other words we treat
the working of a human body as some kind of a biochemical machine that needs to
be investigated oiled physically, and biochemically. In so doing, we treat a
living body like some kind of living biochemical machine by using drugs to
alter a chemical pathology of the body.
All medicines are essentially
organic chemicals that can alter a pathological chemistry as well as with a
normal biochemical pathways of a living body, but these synthetic
chemicals were given a glorified and well-hidden name as "drugs and
medicines." But chemically, they are all chemicals that react with the
normal as well as the chemical pathology in the body.
As a former medical
scientist, medical researcher and physician myself I have a reservation and a
second thought if we are taking the right direction in treating a patient
solely with chemical drugs when the patient actually never get cured, let alone
completely healed especially for chronic, degenerative and lifestyle diseases
like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular, renal, autoimmune diseases…etc.
We are just suppressing
the disease from bouncing up and masking their symptoms as cries for help by
using the chemistry of drugs on the body, but ultimately these disorders will
emerge out together with some other linked diseases somewhere else in the body
for which more drugs and prescriptions are needed because the root causes were
never treated. Drug do not and cannot treat or manage bad lifestyles, dietary
insults and dietary injuries
Another way to put this is, if we are just prescribing some
drugs we are just treating the body physically and biochemically like some kind
of chemical machine that needs some oiling without considering a person as a
living body that has a physical body, together with a mind, a spirit, and a
soul.

Jesus the Greatest
Physician of All Times:
This experience and
thought brings me back to 2,000 years ago when Jesus Christ came and was able
to heal not treat or manage a disease wholesomely without oiling and cutting so
unlike we do today.
Nowhere in the Bible was
it mentioned Jesus was a doctor who treats and manage a disease using medicines
and drugs or a knife like we do.
Jesus clearly was a Healer, not a medical
doctor. The only physician among 70
disciples and 12 apostles appointed by Jesus was Luke who may have been a
Gentile. But we have no clue how Luke treated or cured the sick?
Perhaps Luke did this by using herbal
prescriptions since the art of treating the sick with medicinal plants were
already known 2,000 years before Christ or even earlier in the 3rd
millennium BC.
It is so clear Jesus heals the sick and
blind in an entirely different way so unlike the traditional or modern ways we
do. The Bible always uses the word “heal” performed by Jesus. It never use the
word “treat” or “manage” a disease given by Jesus.
He heals the blind, deaf and the mute,
the paralyzed, those possessed by demons, maybe of unsound mind, He also healed
the man with dropsy, a woman with a bleeding disorder. He also healed the
mother of Peter's wife lying in bed with a high fever.
He healed the man with a withered hand,
and countless lepers, and a boy possessed by a demon. How did He
do all these without using any prescription, drug, medicine, herbs or using a
knife to cut open? What's even more amazing, His healing was instantaneous, or
need any of all those follow up in the next appointment like we do.
Amazing!
Even all those who merely touched the
edge of his cloak were all healed of their various illnesses, What was
even more awesome - He even raised the dead. Absolutely and completely no man
before after Him, whether prophet or non-prophet was bestowed such horrendously
awesome powers. Only unto Him was this power given.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say Jesus
treats or manages the sick, blind, the mute or paralyzed. Neither does the
Bible say Jesus uses medicines, drugs nor the knife to “manage” the
sick. Clearly Jesus was a Healer extraordinary from another world so
unlike our medical doctors here on Earth.
Jesus was not a doctor, a clinician, a
scientist or a medical researcher. He was far, far from being one. He did
not use any drug, medicine and chemicals of all kinds, lab tests, imaging and
scans, radiotherapy, surgery and vaccines...etc., either for diagnosis,
treatment or for prevention of diseases like we do.
His words and other miracles alone
were as awesome as His healing powers.
The Man Born Blind:
In the eyes of our modern medical doctors
the method of treatment Jesus used was highly unscientific, dirty and
unhygienic by spitting on the ground made some mud from His spittle and apply
it onto the eyes of the man born blind since birth.
We will then say that such method should
never be condoned and practiced and earthly laws need be used on anyone who
practices such treatment because as doctors we are far more knowledgeable and
much more superior than Jesus.
But Jesus healed a man born blind from birth by spitting on
the ground, made some mud with His saliva, and put it on the man’s
eyes and told him to wash in the Pool of
Siloam. So the man went and washed, and came back seeing.
(John 9:1 – 8)
How about that?
His "Primitive" Healing vs.
Our
Treating in Modern Medicine:
The question most of us
who think too much about ourselves by boasting about our scientific methods
especially the ophthalmologists and medical doctors would be asking how did
Jesus do it by merely splitting on the ground, made some mud out from His
saliva, anointed the eyes of the blind man, and asked him to go the Pool of
Siloam and wash, and was completely healed (not cured, treated, or managed or
given some medicine, and asked to come back again for follow up) of his total
blindness since birth.
In the eyes of our
modern medical doctors the method of treatment Jesus used was highly
unacceptable, very unscientific, dirty and unhygienic by spitting on the ground
mix some mud with His spittle and apply it on the eyes of the man blind since
birth. They would say such method should never be condoned and practiced.
Also they will say that
Jesus is not qualified to practice medicine, and we should not condone such
practices, and that earthly laws need be used on Him or anyone who practices
such treatment because as doctors we are far more qualified, far
more knowledgeable and much more superior medically than
Jesus? Is that the way we think about our arrogant
and conceited self?
When Jesus clearly
demonstrated that healing of diseases do not require drugs, medicines, lab
testing, scans and imaging…etc using scientific methods as we know them. He
already showed us that somewhere outside this world there must be the existence
of horrendously awesome powers far beyond our understanding for which He
brought to this Earth over 2,000 years ago to show it to us. His system of
medicine puts our 21st Century medical knowledge and method extremely
primitive, far more primitive than we look at Stone Age methods of life 8,700 BCE ago.
He clearly showed to us
such method healing do exist, and the way it should be done without using
anything, and for this we are in no position to question Him or His
“unscientific method.” Who are we?
Perhaps in 10
million years from now if our civilization still exist, this may be revealed to
us, we may be able to know how to harness this power of healing that does not
require any drug, surgery, organ transplant, gene or stem-cell, radiation
therapies, and all these modalities
Our Egotistical Nature:
That man was born blind, and despite
Jesus highly unscientific and unhygienic and “unproven method” that man was
completely healed of his vision. Can any of our 21st Century
arrogant and egotistical doctors do this as Jesus did 2,000 years?
That very miracle in ophthalmology 2,000
years ago humbles us – at least to me greatly. Whatever that was, scientific or
unscientific, hygienic or surgical, that man received his vision totally – and
that’s what matters to most of us, and that’s what we are more interested. We
are not interested in our boastful knowledge in science, medicine or
surgery
We would then say that
Jesus highly unscientific way of treating a person blind from birth should be
done in a proper way by using surgery, eye transplant including transplanting
the entire second cranial nerve (optic nerve) up to brain, or use
gene therapy, stem cell therapy, laser treatment or to apply some kind of
special medicine, or some herbs or nutritional supplements to take as the “proper
way", and not by spitting on the floor and use the spittle and mud to
apply on the eyes of a blind man. We will say that is not the proper way to
treat a blind man. We are completely not interested in all those technologies
our doctors do as long as we are still blind.
Our “fantastic”
ophthalmologists today can boast all their “high tech medicine” but they still
would not be able to bring back the sight of that man blind from birth.
Jesus merely did it by spitting on the floor and anointed mud on his blind eyes
and asked him to wash it in the Pool of Siloam.
Whom do we now expect us
to believe – Jesus 2,000 years ago, or our 21st Century
“fantastic doctor of medicine”?
Awesome Powers:
His powers are so
awesome He need not even need to go there to see the sick and dying.
“So Jesus came again into Cana of
Galilee. … And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.
“When he heard that Jesus was
come out of Judea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he
would come down, and heal his son: for he was at the point of death. …
“Jesus saith unto him, Go thy
way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto
him, and he went his way.
“And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told
him, saying, Thy son liveth.”
(John 4:46–47, 50–51.)
His Humble Ways:
Jesus as the Greatest
Healer of all, using such humble, “dirty and primitive” method humbles us, or
at least me greatly. He has clearly shown to us healing does not come from this
world that require "fantastic" and expensive drugs, medicine and
surgery, but down-to-earth simple, humble and “dirty” method brought here into
this world to show us.
As a former medical researcher
myself, this message is so lucidly clear to me, but I am unsure of other
doctors who think highly and mightily ourselves.
To me his touch, simple,
humble and meek method of healing the sick, blind and paralyzed instantly
without any need to follow up as we do humbles me greatly.
How should we not help
but adore, exalt and worship Him to the highest? He is certainty our love
beyond our comprehension .
His healing clearly showed us we were all
wrong using earthly scientific methods as this is the only method we can see
and understand.
But we as doctors, scientists and medical
researchers we are all blind, as blind as that man born blind. I feel very
sorry for myself too to be trained that way. There are powers and worlds
elsewhere in heavens we cannot see and understand.
He did all His
complete healing – the body, mental, spiritual and soul as well as as complete
well-being without even needing any of these “scientific methods” – history
taking, clinical examination, using blood tests, serological and immunological,
microbiological, radiology, imaging and scans – all based on some
kind of biochemistry, pathology, genetics, cellular and molecular biology and
then writing long, long notes about all these “fantastic” investigations
99 % of the time that are all a waste of time that serve no benefit to the
patient.
It is so obvious at
least to me, Jesus was endowed with some supernatural powers far, far above
Science can understand. We must understand He is Son of God, no less, and we
need to respect and worship Him for His highly “unscientific method” He is from
another world who came to our world to be born for our sake.
Forces of Healing and
Life-Giving:
Perhaps as doctors,
scientists and researchers ourselves we never realize there must be some
powers, forces and energies existing beyond what we know or can detect and
measure. Let me give an example.
There is method of treatment called “Touch Therapy”
Accordingly
to Timothy J. Legg, Ph.D., CRNP who wrote in Healthline, these approaches all
operate on the hypothesis that the body has a natural energy field that ties
into the mind-body relationship and plays a part in wellness.
According to the theory of energy healing good health is
established when energy easily flows and floods the body. Any unevenness or
disturbance in the energy flow can contribute to illness, pain, mental health
symptoms, and other distress disorders.
Practitioners of touch therapy use their hands to maneuver and
direct the flow of bio-field energy— right through the body in order to support
healing and restore the body’s own capability to heal itself
The Therapeutic Touch:
Therapeutic
Touch was developed by Dolores Krieger in the 1970s. Practitioners may not
actually touch the patient during the therapeutic session. Instead, they hold
their hands a few centimeters above the body probably to allow the
practitioner’s own bio-field energy or drawn from the cosmos through his hands
to flow into the patient's body. It is some kind of healing field we cannot
understand.
Others are
the Healing Therapy developed in the late 1980s by Janet Mentgen that
combines a number of energy healing practices, including chakra connection and
lymphatic release.
Some of
these touch therapies do lay hands on the patients, while others merely directs
the energy flow from either from their own body or through their body.
Alien Worlds
beyond Ours:
In order for
us to understand beyond science, let us look at how and when the Universe and
other worlds beyond us were created.
The first stars did not
appear until perhaps 100 million years after the Big Bang, and almost a
billion years later before galaxies became to exist throughout the Universe.
Stars were formed from massive
clouds of dust and gas in space. Gravity tugs the dust and gas together to form
a protostar. As the gases accreted together, they get hotter and
hotter to start off a nuclear fusion. A star is formed when it is
nuclear reactions begin.
Since star formation depends very much on
the size, mass and density of gas clouds in the region, and since various
estimates between 100 million to 250 million years after the Big Bang, this
works out to be between 1.37 x 1010 to
1.355 x 1010 (1,370,000,000 to 13,550,000,000) years
ago.
Let us use 200 million years after the
Big Bang on an average for stars to be formed. This works out to be 1.36 x 1010 (13,600,000,000)
or 13.6 billion years ago.
Let us now use Earth’s
accretion of 9,300,000,000 to 9,400,000,000 years as an example. It took
about 100,000,000 after Big Bang 13.8 billion years ago as an example for it to
begin to accrete to estimate the age of other worlds.
The accretion of Earth
took place 4,500 – 4,400 million years ago. This was 9,300,000,000 to
9,400,000,000 years after the Big Bang.
It took Earth 30–40 million years
to accrete completely from smaller 'planetesimals'. It was
formed almost simultaneously, within tens to hundreds of millions of years
after the Sun was formed. But that was “just a watch in the night” in
His eyes.
(Psalm 90:4).
If we subtract 9.3
billion to 9.4 billion years as the time of accretion of the Earth from 13.8
billion years it works out to be 4.5 – 4.4 billion years after the Big Bang
before the Earth could be formed. That is the age of this world
This calculated age of the Earth we do
here as we typed the results of this calculation where we estimate Earth to be
4.5 to 4.4 billion years ago years old coincides with the more
accurate 4.543 billion years determined by using other
geological and radioactive methods. It is also about the same length of time
taken after the Big Bang for the formation of Earth. What a coincidence!
Using the age of Earth as an example, we
may more or less estimate the age of other worlds at about 4.5 billion years
old.
But how long would it take for life
evolved in these worlds to become highly intelligent
civilizations?
Currently we have no answer because we
have no clue what life is in other worlds. It is not possible for us to compare
life here with theirs since we have not much understanding what life is, how
life came into being and how much time is needed to give birth to a highly
advanced and intelligent civilization.
We cant use our yardstick here in this
world to measure theirs. Their life forms may be entirely different from ours.
Theirs may be spiritual not material - we do not know with certainty
Physical or Spiritual Life in Existence:
It may not be necessary that life has to
be in a physical form made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus
and other atoms to make up nucleic acids and DNA as we know it since we do not
have an acceptable definition of life, despite over 100 definitions of life
been offered world-wide.
The formation of the Universe, the
subsequent gas clouds, then the stars and the galaxies are all physical in
nature. But it is not necessary life was formed has also be the same
material as the stars despites claims we were made from star dusts from
remnants of some distant supernova explosions. But life is some kind of
spiritual force we cannot understand, and hence their existence may have been
eternal without a material body in other worlds
Since life is an entity we cannot
measure, it may have long existed even before the creation of the entire
physical Universe. If there are very advanced intelligent life or civilizations
out there they may have exist among an
estimated 40,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (40,000 billion, billion) worlds
spread out across the 93.016 billion light years chasms of His
Creation
Earth-like worlds in the Universe may
have been existence more or less about the same time as Earth 4.5 billion years
ago.
Recently Scientific America published an

This question by Scientific America was published about 2 weeks after I wrote
this article where I visualized one step beyond mere physical life as we know
it. It was quite interesting to read and think about it instead of thinking we
are the only civilization in this horrendous immensity of heavens.
I think we need to rethink if the origin of life elsewhere in this Universe
came only after the creation of the Universe. My nagging and very uneasy
feeling is, life as some kind of entity trapped in a physical body yet to be
defined acceptably may have already been in existence in a non-physical form
together with a Creator even before He created time, space, matter
and energy through the Big Bang.
“Before the
mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the
world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God”
(Psalm 90:2).
Such non-physical entity such as a
soul trapped in a physical body may not even require physical needs like food
and water for eternal existence.
In Revelation 21:1 it is
foretold:
“Then I saw ‘a new heaven and a new
earth,’ for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was
no longer any sea.”
We know the sea is our main source of
water supply through rain in the water cycle.

Their civilizations may be as old as
their worlds at 4.5 billion years compared to our earliest Mesopotamia
civilizations that first appeared in Mesopotamia (now called Iraq),
then in Egypt. Other early civilizations flourished in the Indus
Valley around 2500 BCE, in China in about 1500 BCE
Here on Earth it was 12,000 years
ago for early agriculture, 8,000 years ago for the domestication of cattle,
6,000 year ago for the Domestication of horse and 3,000 years ago for humans to
use iron tools
Life as we know here on Earth may be
entirely different in any one of the 40,000 billion, billion other worlds
spread across the 93.016 billion light years
That is not a small number by any
standard. It is 4 x 1010 (4 followed by 22 zeros). Why must we
think we are the only one here with life and civilization existing?
In 1961 by Frank Drake, an American
astronomer and astrophysicist involved in the search for extraterrestrial
intelligence (SETI) wrote out an equation to stimulate our thoughts on the
existence on the numbers of intelligent civilizations elsewhere in the Galaxy
Their Science and Technology:
Their civilizations, science and technology can exists at various
levels in unspeakable numbers and in different combinations and permutations. They may
not even require science or technology as we know as Jesus showed in His
healing without using medicine or anything at all, or calms the storm
(Mark 4:35-41) or when He walks on the water (Matthew 14:22-33) among many
other miracles.
Their level in the elixir of healing, whether or not
they need science, technology, or for medicine for them or even if they use
them for life eternal would be tens of billions of light years beyond ours.
Life and civilization across such immense chasms in time space and dimensions
would be far, far beyond even our most spine-chilling dreams.
Remember, we are not dealing with just a
few millions, but a real possibility of 40,000 billion, billion or even
far, far more different types of worlds where life was already in
existence in physical and non-physical forms even before the Universe was
physically created 13.8 billion years ago.
It is not necessary these
worlds need to be there first before life can exist to live on them. Life
forces may be ubiquitous and permeating throughout time, space and
dimension even before the physical creation of this Universe
There are at least 10 verses in the Bible
that tells us of His powers, and also the powers and principalities in heaven,
many too are evil forces for which must be careful. Their existence was already
there even before time, matter, space and dimensions. Some of these
verses are here:
“For by Him all things were created, both
in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or
dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through Him and
for Him”
(Colossians 1:16).
“For our struggle is not against
flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world
forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the
heavenly places”

The House of the Lord:
It is not necessary like houses here on
Earth that need to be built first before we can shift in to stay. We could have
been born elsewhere decades ago and lived years before we shift into
our new houses somewhere else. So can them.
Life there in these grotesque worlds and
civilizations may be eternal, with no ills and pain or death or even do they
need for food and water as we know it. We are being blinded to be unable to
look across the other dimension as long as we are trapped in our physical body
that has a soul, mind and a spirit that no earthly science is able to detect,
let alone measure.
Jesus, the Son of God Himself admitted
His kingdom was not from this world (John 18:36).
According to Arthur C. Clark,
the science-fiction writer, science writer, futurist, inventor, undersea
explorer, and television series host, he said that Jesus was a
genetically-engineered human-alien hybrid sent to Earth to teach the primitive
Humans a lesson of love and tolerance. But I am not sure about
this.
I only know Jesus is not of this world.
He came to this world only for one main purpose to save us all from eternal
death by giving us life eternal through His Love, Sacrifice and Blood if we
believe in Him.
He clearly showed this to us through His
love, compassion, humility and miracles even 2,000 years before we exist.
How else shall we love and understand
Him. He came to our world, and we are not alone among an estimated 40,000
billion, billion other worlds of untold types and numbers of other life forms,
spiritual and physical inhabiting this Universe His Father God created? He has
many mansions and rooms in any of these worlds there waiting for us.
But God exists and lives outside His own
Creation as much as a developer here build houses for us to stay, but he
himself stays elsewhere probably far, far away probably in another city from
the housing estate he built for us.
Heaven is just His throne where He sits,
and not His dwelling place, neither this world, nor any church we care to build
in His name or for Him.
Thus says
the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My
footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the
place of My rest?”
(Isaiah 66:1).
I am truly humbled by the Eternal Love of
God, and by the sacrifice of His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ who suffered so
much for us to be brought here into our world from His heavenly world to show
us His humble ways how we should live our lives in this temporal world for the
sake of our eternity so that we can stay in the many rooms, mansions and worlds
He created and reserved for us.
“In my Father's house are many mansions:
if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for
you”
(John 14:2)
Summary:
We started off with the creation of
the Universe 13.8 billion years ago, followed by the accretion of Earth 4,500 to
4,400 billion years ago which was 9,300,000,000 to 9,400,000,000 years after
Big Bang.
We then look at how Earth was formed 4.543 billion years
ago, followed by the formation of the atmosphere 4,200 million years ago,
before prebiotic chemistry became possible prior to the emergence of RNA and
viruses.
We next look at how protein-based life
and DNA came into existence 3,600 million years ago
We followed that by briefly tracing the
emergence of humans, his civilization and agriculture on Earth before looking at
the earliest art of healing using prescription in the 3rd millennium BC,
and during the Third Dynasty of Ur (c. 2112 BC
– c. 2004 BC) during the Neo-Sumerian Empire.
We then went down the road about 2,000
years later when Jesus came to this world to show us how the practice of
medicine should be done that do not require a single bit of those lab
investigations, scans, equipment, drugs
and knives we use today.
He humbled us and our 21st
Century knowledge in the science of medicine through His “primitive and
unhygienic” practice of medicine which was tens of billions of light years
ahead of ours in His world.
The ball is now on us how we need to look
at our future while the Sun still shines for us to redeem ourselves.
The Sun was already there created for us over
4.6 billion years ago by destroying and sacrificing itself through hydrogen
into helium conversion at a rate of 4.26 million metric tons per second, just to
pour out an energy equivalent of 384.6 septillion watts (3.846×1026 W) so that light and warmth can be given to us and to all
living creatures He created in order that even the meekest and poorest of all creatures
and life He created can be blessed for them to flourish and to inherit this
world.
For this sacrifice, the Sun has already aged somewhere midway through
its life just for us. It still has about 5,000,000,000 years more to go before
it dies into a red giant.
On the Hertzsprung-Russell diagram (HR diagram) that study our Sun and stellar evolution by plotting the
temperature of stars against
their luminosity or
the colour of stars (or spectral
type) against their absolute
magnitude, the Sun is on the main sequence with a luminosity of 1 and
a temperature of around 5,400 Kelvin.
This means with 5 billion more years to go before it dies we still have
lots of sunshine in our lives to think and rethink it over how Jesus came to
our world to be born here, showed us the way to live humbly as He did, showed us
His awesome powers, His love, forgiveness, his pain and sacrifices so that we
can have a place in His Father’s kingdom
Let us believe and accept Him as our only
Saviour to be sacrificed as a Lamb of God here in our world.
Why must He like the Sun that was also
sacrificed, if not for His and His Father’s immense love for us so that we may
live.
Above all, I thank Him for unknowingly moving my hands to write in His honour.
May this be so for all of us!
